Registration Process:

2026 Spring Camp Registration Form
Fill out the registration form and email it to bookings@surreybadmintonclub.com.

Payment Options:

Payments can be made online, in-person, or over the phone.

Important Note:

Both actions, "payment and submitting the registration form" are mandatory to confirm your spot.
Making an online payment alone only reserves your spot, but your registration is not confirmed without submitting the registration form.
