Registration Process:

    2026 Winter Group Lessons Registration Form

  • Fill out the registration form and email it to bookings@surreybadmintonclub.com.


    Payment Options:

  • Payments can be made online, in-person, or over the phone.


    Important Note:

  • Both actions, "payment and submitting the registration form" are mandatory to confirm your spot.
  • Making an online payment alone only reserves your spot, but your registration is not confirmed without submitting the registration form.
